What are my duties as an employer?
The Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974 places duties on employers to ensure so far as reasonably practicable, has been done to ensure the health & safety of its employees and of other people, not employed, but who are affected by its undertaking. Failure to comply could result in tough penalties.
